To our valued clients,

Today Gov. Kay Ivey issued her "Safer-at-Home" order. This new order will take the place of the current "Stay-at-Home" order, which is set to expire on April 30, 2020, at 5 p.m.

Some highlights under the new order are:

  • Retail stores can reopen, but they must take measures to ensure that they have half the capacity of shoppers the store can hold, maintain social distancing, and regular disinfecting.
  • Restaurants can continue with a drive-thru, curbside pickup, and delivery services.
  • Entertainment venues, like movie theaters, bars, and museums, will remain closed as well as salons, gyms, clubs, spas, tattoo parlors, barbershops.
  • Medical or dental procedures may be performed as allowed by COVID-19 related rules adopted by a state regulatory board or by the Alabama Department of Public Health.
  • Beaches shall be open to gatherings of fewer than 10 persons, and you must maintain a six-foot distance between yourself and other persons from a different household.
