To our valued clients,

FFCRA Notice and Unemployment Information

Attached is a poster that covers parts of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act. Per the Department of Labor, each business with fewer than 500 employees must post the FFCRA Notice Poster in a visible location on its premises. It is also advised to place on your website for employees to view if they are not onsite. The FFCRA Notice Poster does not have to be posted in multiple languages. This act goes into effect on April 1st, but should be posted as soon as possible. There are some exceptions to the covered employer rule for those employers under 50, the requirements of the exemptions are yet to be determined at this time.  For further information on this topic click here.
